Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

We deliver our lifestyle products personally to your door within a 15 mile-radius of Kenilworth, Warwickshire, UK. Our delivery day is Wednesday. Please bear in mind when ordering.

​Outside of the 15 mile-radius, our products will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the item. International deliveries are also available on request. Please contact us prior to ordering. We are committed to making responsible choices for our packaging and transport. All our packaging material is responsibly sourced and recyclable and/or made of recycled materials.

Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you will love your item, but If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

To request a refund or return an item, please email hello@equilibrium-lifestyle.co.uk with your order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the refund/return.

We will provide you with the returns address to send the item back. We will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/refund has been approved. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds.


If the return is due to delivery error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases the cost for returning the item is on you.


Returns must be in/with the original packaging and in resalable condition. Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are not mass produced or one-offs, we cannot accept returned items that are damaged, stained, or have been altered in any way. Thank you for your understanding.

What kind of packaging will my products be shipped in?

At Equilibrium Lifestyle, our products come in recycled or recyclable packaging to lower our impact even further.

How can I pay for my order?

We take your privacy and data protection seriously, our payment processes are very secure and you can use any Mastercard, Visa or Maestro cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment, and offers a ‘Buy now, pay later’ service. We recognise that some of our products come at a certain price (for very good reasons), so we are very pleased to offer this solution. How does the Pledge Donation Scheme work?

We want to inspire customers to make an impact by supporting non-profits through buying from our business. We have chosen to support The Ocean Cleanup. They are a non-profit organisation, developing advanced technologies to rid the world’s oceans of plastic. We have pledged to donate £1 (GBP) per item sold via our website, with a monthly minimum of £10.

 Why are your products sustainable?

We are a small business, run by two passionate women who’s aim is to reduce their and society’s environmental footprint. We believe in giving products and materials a new lease of life through re-using, re-purposing and up- or re-cycling. Wherever possible, we use organic or sustainable materials to make our products (exceptions would be certain threads we sew with) and biodegradable or recyclable/recycled packaging. We source our products from businesses that share our values. If we cannot find a sustainable alternative, we constantly challenge suppliers in order to create the demand it takes for them to consider recycling materials to make their products instead of producing with new raw materials
