Beautifully handmade cherry stone heat pillow, ideal for easing neck tension, backache, stomach or period cramps. The pillow has 16 individual compartments for optimum distribution of warmth and an outer, removable organic cotton cover.
We only use eco-fabrics and cherry stones, that have been cleaned, using only water, without any addition of acids or chemicals.
When used as a heat pack, take the pillow out of its cover and spritz with some water before heating in the microwave for between 2-3min. Times may vary due to different microwave power outputs. The pillow can also be warmed in a oven at low temperature or by putting on a radiator. The pillow will retain soothing heat for up to an hour. Please remember do not over heat your cherry stone pillow as otherwise it will lose its healing properties.

The pillow itself and the outer cover can be washed at 40 degrees. The stones will not break down or smell “musty” after being soaked and dried again.
